Currency exchange document is called Döviz Alım Belgesi (DAB) in Turkish. Currency exchange is required to buy real estate in Turkey and to apply for Turkish citizenship.
Currencly exchange has to be done at the bank accordimg to the Central Bank of Turkey foreign exchange rates. For properties, it should be more than $400,000 and for bank deposit option it is $500,000.
