Burak Ünal
Founder & Managing Partner
Burak Ünal is the Founder & Managing Partner. He leads the firm's investment advisory, management consulting and financial advisory work.
Prior to Gordion Partners, Burak Ünal worked at Oliver Wyman, New York based management consulting firm, as a Financial Services Consultant. In his career at Oliver Wyman, he had several consulting projects in Turkey, Italy and Greece. He also took part in business development activities in the Middle East region, including United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Lebanon.
Burak holds a master’s degree in finance from London School of Economics, a bachelor’s degree in management from Bogazici University.

What we do
We plan and manage the whole file for foreign clients, from the first question to the final card or title deed. Each service below has its own page with the rules and documents.
Citizenship by investment: all seven routes
Turkish citizenship by investment is at the centre of our work. We advise on every route in the Citizenship Regulation, not only real estate:
- Real estate worth at least USD 400,000, kept for 3 years
- Bank deposit of at least USD 500,000, kept for 3 years
- Government debt instruments of at least USD 500,000, kept for 3 years
- Real estate or venture capital investment fund units of at least USD 500,000, kept for 3 years
- Private pension system (BES) contributions of at least USD 500,000, kept for 3 years
- Fixed capital investment of at least USD 500,000
- Creating jobs for at least 50 people
