  1. Consultation

    We listen to your goals, your family situation and your budget, and explain which routes fit and which do not.

  2. Written plan

    You receive a clear plan: the route, the documents you need, the steps and who does what.

  3. Preparation

    We collect and check the documents, arrange translations, and advise on the property purchase or the investment if your route needs one.

  4. Application

    We file the application with the authorities and follow it up, and you hear from us at every stage.

  5. After approval

    We stay with you for residence card renewals, family members, company matters and new questions.

How much do your services cost?
Our fees depend on the service and on your situation, so we do not publish them. Contact us for fees, questions and the service scope.
What is included in a service?
The scope depends on your case. In a consultation we explain the route or permit that fits you, the documents and the steps, and agree with you which parts we handle.
Do you set up companies or keep the accounts?
No. We provide management consulting, advisory and coordination for foreigners setting up a company in Turkey. The registration filing, the bookkeeping and the tax returns are done by licensed professionals, such as a licensed accountant (mali müşavir); we coordinate the process.
Which citizenship by investment routes do you handle?
All of them: real estate (at least USD 400,000), bank deposit, government bonds, investment fund units, private pension and fixed capital investment (each at least USD 500,000), and employment for at least 50 people. For the financial routes, our advice draws on our founder's MSc in Finance from the London School of Economics and his financial services consulting experience at Oliver Wyman.
