This video explains how to get Title Deed Appointment to Buy Real Estate in Turkey for the Turkish Citizenship by Investment program.
Firstly you need to make valuation report of property. It can be done on webtapu. The valuation report must be prepared by an appraisal firm licensed by the Capital Markets Board (SPK) and connected to the land registry's TADEBİS system.
Then you need to get currency exchange document (döviz alım belgesi) from the bank.
After collecting these documents you can apply on webtapu to get appointment at title deed office to purchase the property.
