Family Residence Permit for Foreigners in Turkey
Spouse of a Turkish citizen or a work permit holder can apply for family residency in Turkey. Also, children can apply for family residence permit and Turkey Immigration office.
You need apostilled marriage certificate for the application. Also the immigration office might ask for your birth certificate, criminal record and documents of the Turkish spouse.
