Foreigners can change company and apply to a new work permit in Turkey for the new employer. They need to get the consent of their former employer and the new employer can make a new work permit application while the foreigner is in Turkey.
In the course of life, it is very normal to change job. However, there are work permit transfer application rules for foreigners. It is better for them to get the consent of their former employer former employer before changing the job.
The foreigner can apply to a new work permit or apply to short-term residence permit before changing job. Usually 6 months touristic residencd permit is given to foreigners who has a work permit.
The application deadline is 10 days from the expiration of the work permit card or from the end of the social security.
